Reflexology: a therapeutic treatment which provides a never-to-be-forgotten relaxing experience. Works on the pressure points of the feet to benefit the whole body, mind & spirit - even people with sensitive feet enjoy this! 60 mins £30, 30 mins £19

Indian Head Massage: a wonderful experience as therapist massages over shoulders & upper back, arms & neck, continuing with massage to the head & face, working on the pressure points of the face to ease pressure in the sinuses & lymph nodes of the chin. This massage improves blood supply & removes toxins from head & face, whilst relieving stress. 30 mins £18

Reiki: this is a form of hands-on healing which has come to us from the east. Treatments are done fully-clothed either lying down, sitting or even standing. It can be done without touching as the healing energy absorbs into the aura & hence into the body, to wherever it is most needed. It is deeply relaxing. 60 mins £25, 20 mins £14
Reiki can also be done on animals (horses & dogs love it!) it is charged pro rata, as animals generally let you know when they have had enough & so could be anything from 10 mins to an hour.
