Seated Massage: for wheelchair users or those who cannot get onto the treatment couch.
Suitable treatments are:

- hand & arm massage
- lower leg & foot massage
- reiki
all these treatments can be adapted according to the customers needs, also essential oils may
be used.
The Elderly: I can arrange gentle massage treatments or relaxing reiki for elderly people.
These can be adapted according to need & essential oils may be used if appropriate.

It is recommended that the first visit is purely for the person to get to know me, preferably

********************************************************************************** - HAND/ARM MASSAGE: is a gentle,massage of the arm,
hands & fingers. It relaxes tension & can ease the pain of rheumatic & arthritic conditions.
- LOWER LEG & FOOT MASSAGE: eases stiff muscles & relaxes the whole person massaging calves, ankles,
feet & toes. Rotations & flexions of feet & ankles aid mobility. This is a light massage which can
also help to reduce odaema (swelling) of feet & ankles.
- REFLEXOLOGY:
a wonderfully relaxing treatment which works on the reflex (pressure) points of the feet & includes a light massage using
foot lotion with refreshing peppermint & vetiver, to aid health & well-being.
- INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE: stimulating massage of the head, neck, shoulders & upper arms, plus light facial
massage which also works on the pressure points of the face releasing tension & clearing sinuses & lymph nodes.
Helps to clear the mind.
- REIKI: hands-on-healing which can lift the
spirits, ease aches & pains & clear the mind. It is very relaxing & calming. Done through clothing
- even plaster casts - can also be done without touching if prefered.

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS:
Reiki level 1: mainly
for self-healing, you can give reiki to your pets, & plants & to people who ask for
reiki. 1 day. £70
Reiki level 2: you will now be able to offer reiki to others, do distant healing & build
a business if you wish. 1 day. £90
Reiki level 3: this will attune you to a Reiki Master and intensify your reiki
treatments. 1 day. £150
Reiki Teacher: learn how to do attunements, build manuals & plan/give meditations. 4
days. £350
Master-Teacher: do the reiki master attunement & teacher levels both together over 5 days.
